Over the weekend I stumbled on Sam Benson’s Real Estate Blog
After reading the article:Walnut Creek Real Estate Trends it had some friends of mine buzzing.
If Real Estate in Walnut Creek has bounced back what will this mean for the surrounding cities? This was the thought that came up in a conversation over the weekend while at my kid’s swim practice.
In reading Sam Benson’s blog he states “Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks.” 
Is Sam suggesting that Real Estate is going to continue to rise even through out the winter?
Sam Benson has some real interesting points and I would be curious for you to read Sam Benson’s blog.
Are you seeing the same trends in your specific city or neighborhood?
Do you think this will be able to persist through winter?
